When a business enters a new market with no digital footprint, it’s invisible. No profile, no citations, no reviews — no calls. That’s exactly where Sanari Inc stood when expanding into New Jersey. Our job was to build local search presence from the ground up and make it produce results fast.
Before We Built Anything, We Did the Research
Most agencies skip this step. We don’t.
Before touching the profile, we ran a full niche analysis: who the competitors are, what keywords are actually driving calls in this market, and where the realistic opportunities sit for a brand-new listing. For Sanari Inc, the data pointed clearly to gazebo, pergola, and playset installation as the highest-value targets — a mix of lower-competition terms where a new profile could rank quickly, and higher-volume terms worth building toward.
That keyword map became the blueprint for everything that followed.
What We Built
Landing Page
We created a dedicated website at sanari-inc.com — a clean, conversion-focused landing page that gives the GBP a credible destination and strengthens the overall local search signals around the business.
Google Business Profile — Full Setup & Optimization
We created and verified the listing, working through a reverification challenge that arose mid-process. Once live, the profile was built to compete: 10 services written with targeted keyword descriptions, 12 high-intent “near me” keywords implemented across the profile, and every data field completed correctly.
Content — Posts & Visuals
We wrote the copy and produced the cover images for 6 GBP posts and 10 product/service photo uploads, published on a consistent schedule. Consistent, relevant content is one of the clearest signals Google uses to evaluate how active and trustworthy a listing is.
Facebook Group
We created and populated a Facebook group for the business — an additional trust signal and brand presence layer that supports the overall local authority of the entity.
Citations — Quality Over Quantity
We placed 25 citations exclusively on high-trust, authoritative directories — including a Yext-powered submission — with verified NAP consistency across every listing. No low-quality spam directories. The citation strategy was built to pass Google’s quality signals, not just inflate a number.
Data Aggregators
The business was submitted to major data aggregators to ensure accurate information reaches the broader local search ecosystem.
Review Management
We implemented an autoresponder for incoming reviews. The profile reached 12 reviews at a perfect 5.0-star rating — a strong trust signal for any listing, especially one that’s only weeks old.
Results: February – April 2026
261 profile views in the first 10 weeks. 104 of those came from mobile search — exactly how homeowners in NJ find installation services.
90 customer actions: 65 direction requests, 20 website clicks, 5 direct calls. These are people actively looking for the service, finding the profile, and taking the next step.
